Cottage – 1 or 2 people  $124.00 per night*   Weekly rate: $699.00

1 King Size Bed, 1 pull out sleeper chair, Kitchen and Bathroom –  **Pricing for 2 people  Includes all linens

Bungalow – Up to 4 people  $129.00 per night*  Weekly rate $749.00

2 Double Beds, full size futon, Kitchen and Bathroom – **Pricing for 2 people includes all linens 

2 Bedroom – Up to 4 people(6 people if two adults and 4 children)  $139.00 per night* Weekly rate $799.00 

1 Queen Size Bed in one bedroom, 2 Twin Beds in a second bedroom & a 2 person hide-a-bed in the living room, or a futon sleeper and 2 pull out single sleeper chairs, Kitchen and Bathroom -

**Pricing for 2 people **Maximum occupancy is family of six (6) people or (4) adults  includes all linens

38 ft 4 slide Montana RV - up to 4 people $129.00 per night

1 queen bed in bedroom, 2 futon sleepers, 1 pull out chair single sleeper with linens

*Rental rates are based on a two night minimum, per night for nightly rate. **Rental rates based on 2 person occupancy, additional guests are $7.00 per night per person.

** 3 night minimum on all cabins for all holidays 

All cabins are fully equipped with normal size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, flatware, pots and pans, Dish satellite TV as well as WIFI.  All cabins have propane grill, outdoor tables.  All linens and towels are included.  Bring coffee for your coffee pots.  Bring personal toiletries; hand soap provided.

 With proper ID we extend a 10% discount for all Friends of the Railroad on daily and weekly rentals.  Thank you for your service.  

A 6.9% tax will be added at time of check in. Some cabins can be rented for a single night, if available, excluding holidays and weekends.  Call for availability. 719-376-5710
