**Please note: minimum required (5) nites stay during October hunting season cabin rentals. 1/2 down, balance upon arrival.

Cottage – 1 or 2 people  $129.00 per night*   Weekly rate: $749.00 (or no linen pricing @ 20% discount)

1 King Size Bed, 1 pull out sleeper chair, Kitchen and Bathroom –  **Pricing for 2 people  Includes all linens ***Any additional guests are $7.00 per night per person over 3 yrs.

Bungalow – Up to 4 people  $139.00 per night*  Weekly rate $799.00 (or no linen pricing @ 20% discount)

2 Full Size Beds, 1 single size futon, Kitchen and Bathroom –**Pricing for up to 4 people,  includes all linens ***Any additional guests are $7.00 per night per person over 3 yrs.

2 Bedroom – can sleep up to 6 people ( 2 adults 4 kids, or 4 adults)  $159.00 (4 people) per night* Weekly rate $889.00 (or no linen pricing @ 20% discount) 

1 Queen Size Bed in one bedroom, 2 Twin Beds in a second bedroom, a 2 person hide-a-bed in the living room,+ pull out sleeper chair, or a futon sleeper and 2 pull out single sleeper chairs in LR, Kitchen and Bathroom -

 **Maximum occupancy is family of six (6) people or (4) adults. **Pricing for up to 4 people,  includes all linens ***Any additional guests are $7.00 per night per person over 3 yrs.

38 ft 4 slide Montana RV - up to 2 people $129.00 per night

1 queen bed in bedroom, 2 futon sleepers.  **Pricing for up to 4 guests, includes all linens

Weekly rate: $599.00+6.9 %tax

*Rental rates are based on a two night minimum, per night for nightly rate. **Rental rates based on person occupancy in each cabin, additional guests are $7.00 per night per person.

** 2 night minimum on all cabins for all holidays.

***Maximum pets allowed is 2. Each pet is $10.00 per pet per night.

All cabins are fully equipped with normal size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, flatware, pots and pans,air fryer etc. Dish satellite TV as well as WIFI.  All cabins have propane grill, outdoor tables.  All linens and towels are included.  Bring coffee for your coffee pots.  Bring personal toiletries; hand and dish soap provided.

 With proper ID we extend a 10% discount for all Friends of the Railroad on daily and weekly and monthly rentals.  Thank you for your service.  

A 6.9% tax will be added at time of check in.
